Massive Affordable Housing Lottery Opens for 176 Units in Brownsville, Starting at $367 a Month
A massive and actually affordable lottery has opened up for 176 units at 672 Powell Street in Brownsville. It is the first phase of long-gestating Ebenezer Plaza, which will, in total, result in four buildings across two large lots. According to the city’s Housing Connect, there will be more than 500 affordable units across the entire complex.
