In 2016, Ericka Keller founded Brisa Builders Development LLC, focused exclusively on the development of affordable and supportive housing in the Northeast. Brisa Builders Development LLC has completed or under construction 2,200 units of affordable housing and another 2,500 units in various stages of predevelopment. The company was the selected developer on three RFPs issued by various City Agencies in the Northeast and has continued to work very closely with faith- based organization for the development of affordable housing and ancillary spaces to support the community. The company’s projects continue to include strategic partnerships with leading financial institutions, government agencies, similar mission - driven developers and non-profits.
