Carriage Grove, Belchertown, Massachusetts

MassDevelopment sought development proposals for 24 acres of land for the development of approximately 275 units of senior independent, multifamily, townhome, and live-work housing. The site at Carriage Grove abuts conservation land, a newly opened assisted living facility, and a growing village center. Business Neighborhood Center zoning will allow flexibility of design. Brisa was the selected developer for the multi- phased site.
