Designed by NTD Engineering Consultant LLC and developed by Brisa Builders, the structure yields 57 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 56 units for residents at 50 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $0 to $64,800.
Amenities include an elevator, a shared laundry room, recreation room, rooftop terrace, and an on-site resident manager. Units are equipped with energy-efficient appliances, air conditioning, and intercoms. Tenants are responsible for electricity including electric stove.
