Brisa along with its development partner MEGA Group Development were selected by the Moore / Courtlandt and 152nd Tenant Associations, NYCHA and NYC HDC for the redevelopment of 684 units located in four buildings in the South Bronx.
Singing Bridge Residences
The Singing Bridge Residences project is a new 110,000 GSF, eight-story building located along the Chicopee River in the revitalizing Chicopee Falls neighborhood of Chicopee, MA. Paul Castrucci Architects is designing the new Passive House building to provide 105 affordable apartments to working families to meet increasing housing needs in Chicopee and the wider region.

40-unit Section 8 acquisition , rehabilitation located in Lewiston Maine, utilizing historic tax credits- this building will receive common area upgrades, beatification of the court yard, new windows and exterior façade, interior apartment renovations and building system improvements.

The site is in the Downtown Far Rockaway Special Purpose District; an area created as part of a plan to strengthen the community by encouraging diverse use of vacant and underutilized sites near mass transit and primary corridors.

Grace’s Place proposes to provide 82 units of senior housing under the HPD SARA term sheet with a 30% set aside for formerly homeless seniors ages 62 and over.
Glenmore Manor / B’Ville Entrepreneurial HUB
Selected Developer for Site B of the Brownsville Development Plan, proposal included the development of 233 units of affordable housing, commercial retail space and community facility to support the development of future entrepreneurs.
Bishop Philius and Helene Nicolas (BPHN ) Senior Residences
A joint venture with Evangelical Christian Crusade to develop 89 units of senior housing under the HPD SARA term sheet and 10,575 square feet of community facility space to be used as a senior center with Lasante Health Center.
Ebenezer Plaza
Ebenezer Plaza is a three-phased project consisting of two city blocks in the Brownsville section of Brooklyn, New York. The development has 523 units of affordable housing, 40,000 square feet of community facility in the form of House of Worship and 21,000 square feet of commercial/ retail space in total.
Berean Apartments
A joint venture with Berean Community and Family Life Center to develop Berean Apartments LLC, 107 Unit Affordable Housing Complex and the new Berean Community & Family Life Center. The BCFLC includes classrooms, a computer lab, fitness center, conference room and multipurpose space. This joint venture project was completed in March 2014.

Serving as the Owner’s Representative for the development of Community facility both religious and non-religious use and 67 units of affordable housing with a 15% set aside for formerly homeless veterans.

Representing the Church as an Owner’s Representative in the proposal to develop 250 units of senior housing and community facility spaces; House of Worship and nonreligious use and well as an operated parking lot.
